Typical of all of our associates, our founder and Managing Director Gerry Murray has spent 20+ years working in a range of senior leadership positions. These have included CEO, COO, Country Manager, Sales Director and IT Director roles for companies of many shapes and sizes. During his career he has enjoyed offering the benefit of his experience, knowledge and network to corporate peers as well as start-ups and SMEs, through Board Advisory, mentorship and similar roles. 

The energy, diversity and impact of working with and advising entrepreneurs and other progressive business leaders has been hugely rewarding. It convinced him that it is an area that should be exploited further for mutual benefit. Win-Win has been a constant theme in Gerry's career.
